DAY 1: TANGIER – TETOUAN – CHEFCHAOUEN 

Commencing from your hotel, port, or airport, this Northern Morocco Tour begins with a pick-up and a scenic transfer to Chefchaouen. Take a brief pause in Tetouan for a few hours of exploration or opt for the panoramic route along the Mediterranean, winding through picturesque gorges. Upon reaching Chefchaouen, drop off your luggage, freshen up, and then venture into the fairy-tale-like village to wander through its charming streets. Conclude the day with dinner and accommodation in a Riad nestled within the heart of the Medina.

DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS/MOULAY IDRISS – FES 

On the second day of your Northern Morocco Tour, venture towards one of the oldest imperial cities. Bid farewell to Chefchaouen and navigate the winding roads of the Rif Mountains. By noon, arrive at the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, where a local guide will accompany you for exploration. Enjoy lunch in Moulay Idriss, with a scenic view of the ruins. Alternatively, extend your stay in Chefchaouen before heading directly to Fes after lunch. Arrive in Fes later in the afternoon, drop off your luggage at the riad, and take a leisurely stroll. Conclude the day with dinner and accommodation in a riad within the Medina.

Day 3: FES – City Exploration

A single day hardly suffices to uncover all the marvels of this ancient imperial city renowned worldwide for its leatherwork, metal craftsmanship, Koranic medersas, leather tanneries, and the labyrinthine 9,500 derbs (narrow alleys). Fes evokes the essence of a mythical Arab city, reminiscent of Baghdad during the tales of the 1001 nights. Explore the city with a local English-speaking guide, taking in the myriad sounds, smells, and sights. Accommodation remains the same as the previous night, and dinner is at your own discretion.

DAY 4 : FES – RABAT 

After breakfast, have a quick stroll around the medina to then return to Riad and join in for the cooking of lunch that day. Then, leave for Rabat. Drop off the luggage at the riad and go out for a stroll around Kasbah des Oudayas and the necropolis of Chelah. Time allowing, visit Mohamed 6 museum, the best collection of modern Moroccan artists. DAY 5 : RABAT – TANGIER 

Early morning, have a guided visit of the medina of Sale with a local university teacher. Hear extraordinary tales about Moroccan pirates, enter locked- doors monuments and learn about the relation between the different communities from the person in charge of the restauration of the historical center. Make sure you have a delicious sea food lunch since you will be by the ocean while in Rabat then start driving back to Tangier after lunch to get there early evening .
