DAY 1: TANGIER → CHEFCHAOUEN

Your 5-day Morocco tour from Tangier begins with a warm welcome at Tangier airport, one of the Tangier ports, or your hotel. Our friendly local guide will be there to greet you and guide you through the journey.
Next, we will head to the enchanting town of Chefchaouen, nestled in the beautiful Rif Mountains of northern Morocco.
Upon arrival, you will check into your comfortable hotel/riad and have the opportunity to explore the city and its iconic blue-painted streets. Chefchaouen is famous for its unique blue-washed buildings, creating a picturesque setting. You can take a leisurely walk through the narrow streets, visit the lively markets, or unwind at one of the cozy cafes and restaurants offering authentic Moroccan cuisine.
After a day of exploration, you will spend the night in a delightful riad/hotel, where you can relax and soak in the serene atmosphere, marking the end of a memorable day in Chefchaouen.

DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN → FES

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at your riad as you prepare for an enchanting journey to Fes.
Upon arrival in Fes, you will be greeted by a knowledgeable local guide eager to showcase the wonders of this medieval city. Explore its historic streets, immerse yourself in its rich history, and admire the stunning architecture. You will have the option to savor a delicious lunch in the bustling Medina, where you can relish the authentic flavors and aromas of local cuisine.
After a fulfilling day of discovery, unwind at a charming riad in the heart of Fes Medina. This serene oasis amidst the lively city will offer you a tranquil retreat. Take some time to relax and soak in the allure of Fes, making yourself at home in your cozy riad for the night.

DAY 3: FES – IFRANE → MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAINS → ZIZ VALLEY – MERZOUGA DESERT

After a delightful breakfast at your riad in Fes, we will embark on an unforgettable desert trip. Our journey will lead us southward toward Merzouga, where there is the magical Erg Chebbi dunes. Along the way, we will stop in the picturesque city of Ifrane, giving you a chance to relax and take in the scenic beauty.
Continuing our drive, we will cross the Middle Atlas Mountains and make a stop at a cedar forest. Here, you can observe Barbary apes in their natural habitat. We will then enjoy a satisfying lunch at a restaurant along the route, ensuring you are fueled for the rest of the journey.
As we move forward, we will enter the mesmerizing Ziz Valley, famous for its lush palm tree oasis. You will have the opportunity to admire the stunning landscape before reaching the desert.
In the afternoon, we will arrive at the desert, commencing your authentic camel caravan experience. Traverse the enchanting sand dunes of Erg Chebbi atop your camel, stopping to watch a breathtaking sunset from a high dune, creating a magical moment.
Continuing your camel trek, you will arrive at a luxury camp. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to your private tent for relaxation and refreshment. As evening descends, enjoy a tasty dinner showcasing local cuisine. Gather around a cozy bonfire beneath the starlit sky, where the camp team will entertain you with lively drumming and traditional Berber music.
You can even try your hand at playing the drums, adding extra joy to the evening’s festivities.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA DESERT → RISSANI – TODRA GORGE → DADES VALLEY

Starting your day with an early wake-up is highly recommended to catch a stunning sunrise over Erg Chebbi’s dunes. After a delicious breakfast, you can opt for a camel ride or join a 4×4 vehicle to head towards Merzouga. Your guide/driver will be all set to lead you on the next leg of your journey to Dades Valley.
On this leg, you will get to explore captivating spots like the vibrant market in Rissani (if it falls on a market day like Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday). A leisurely walk through the awe-inspiring Todra Gorge awaits, offering breathtaking views of the Todra River.
As we progress towards Dades Gorge, prepare to be spellbound by the extraordinary rock formations known as monkey fingers. The scenic drive along Dades Valley presents panoramic vistas of the Gorges before arriving at your overnight accommodation. Unwind in comfort at a charming hotel, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

DAY 5: DADES VALLEY → OUARZAZATE → AIT BEN HADDOU → HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS → MARRAKECH

On the last day of your 5 day Tangier to Marrakech tour, our first stop will be Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Africa” and known as the “Gateway to the Desert.” You will have the option to visit Atlas Studios, the largest film studio in Morocco. It is a chance to explore iconic movie sets and get a glimpse into the world of filmmaking.
After exploring the studios, we will journey to Ait Ben Haddou. Here, you will have the opportunity to tour the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featured in numerous films like “The Mummy” and “Prince of Persia.” Take your time to admire the detailed architecture and rich decorations of this historic site.
Following a delightful lunch, our journey will take us through the majestic High Atlas Mountains. Enjoy the breathtaking vistas of the landscape along the way. As the afternoon winds down, we will arrive in Marrakech, marking the conclusion of your 5 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech.
